I am a Public Relations student in the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon, fascinated by the power of the written word.

I believe that humor is, perhaps, the greatest tool for communicators, second only to the ability to brew a strong cup of coffee.

I was drawn to the public relations field after I heard the description of PR professionals as the acting ethical compass of their company, and I hope to do justice to that description.

My, admittedly wide, range of areas of interest include artistic storytelling in the vein of film, theatre and musical theatre, as well as the power of the personal connections that media influencers forge in the fitness and beauty industries.
